Not long ago, buuteeqer Karen asked the owners of Regalo del Mar a few questions about their experiences with buuteeq. Regalo del Mar is a luxury inn located in a small town on the pacific coast of Mexico. This fascinating inn makes great use of open space and has a unique design—you feel like you are in a quaint Mexican village while enjoying exotic beach-front luxury. Their website is charming and subdued, embracing a tropical theme and an easy-on-the-eyes color palate.
Here is what they have to say about their buuteeq experience:
Karen: “What were your biggest marketing challenges and how has buuteeq helped you to overcome these challenges?”
RdM: Our initial interest in working with buuteeq was the result of being contacted by Adam Brownstein, who had been a guest at Regalo del Mar previously. Our webpage was dated and we were just beginning to look for a new webmaster to assist in designing a new webpage.
buuteeq kindly offered to do this for us. He explained the philosophy of your new company and we were impressed that it was tailored to suit a small vacation property such as ours. Most companies similar to buuteeq are not interested in small businesses.
The other aspect that buuteeq offers is not only designing a superior webpage, but having one where the hotel manager can edit the content right from our own computer. The ability of buuteeq to “get the message out” to the world by [optimizing our content for] search engines was also extremely beneficial to us.
Karen: After using buuteeq’s product, what results did you experience?
RdM: It may be too early to evaluate the success of the newly designed webpage, but responses from new guests indicate that they are pleased with what they initially saw which led them to choose to stay with us.
Karen: Which part of your buuteeq marketing materials are you most pleased about?
RdM: Everyone at buuteeq is very helpful. We are most pleased about being able to edit our page through buuteeq’s BackOffice.
Karen: Do you have any additional comments about buuteeq’s product, buuteeq’s customer service, and feelings about your buuteeq marketing materials?
RdM: We feel that buuteeq is going to be good for our business.
