Featured Client – Canyon Villa Bed & Breakfast Inn of Sedona, AZ

The Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona, AZ just launched their great new buuteeq website. I recently had the chance to talk with Les, the owner of the Canyon Villa, to hear more about why he decided to come onboard with buuteeq.

The Canyon Villa's buuteeq website shows the beauty of Sedona

For Les, it was all about control. He’s the type of guy that loves turning his ideas into action and seeing the fruits of his labor.  That’s why he loved the buuteeq hotel CMS system. There making changes to his content is incredibly simple. As he says, “the fact that I can make changes ANYTIME I want till the cows come home was HUGE.  I can even train my staff to make changes and already have.”  There’s no third party to go through- just man and website acting in perfect harmony. In fact, he says that he “still often makes 2 or 3 website changes a day because it is so easy, and I can test different things easily to see how the viewer responds on with my daily analytics.”

The Canyon Villa can display automatic TripAdvisor and Facebook updates

And all that time he’s working on the website? It equals results. He’s not wasting hours fighting that lonely, losing battle against technology that, at one point in all our lives, has made us want to throw our computer out the window. Les says that he loves the fact that he “can’t ‘break’ the system or screw up a page by messing up html code.  My time working on the website is spent on content and NOT on fiddling around with code or figuring out how to handle Dreamweaver without botching things up.” In addition, he doesn’t have to worry about updating all of his online hotel marketing separately. His website, Facebook page and his mobile hotel website automatically sync up with buuteeq’s Digital Management System. “This is a HUGE timesaver,” he says, “I can’t imagine trying to handle all three separately.”

Finally, Les appreciated the automatic technology enhancements that come with the buuteeq. His website does not grow old, because our engineers constantly keep buuteeq at

the forefront of technology. As Les says: “I am impressed by the fact that I will get the latest upgrades and changes that are made by buuteeq to comply with marketing shifts, technology changes, as well as Google SEO shifts.”

“Prior to my signing up with buuteeq, I spent over $9,000 ($1,000 monthly) with an agency, and while that company tried VERY hard to develop and market a website for me that would increase sales, my sales with them actually went DOWN 10%.  Since I have been with buuteeq, my advance bookings started a dramatic increase within 2 weeks, and have averaged a 67% increase since the website went live 3 months ago.”

As a closing note, Les paid kind regards to the uniqueness of the buuteeq Digital Marketing System. “I think this will quickly become a new standard for website design.  You folks are definitely ahead of the crowd.”

Les has had a great experience with buuteeq. Try our FREE Facebook application to see how buuteeq can work for you. And, as always, our sales team is here to answer all of your hotel marketing questions. Call +1 (800) 734-1769.
