Kate is a supporter of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in which local farmers can sell “shares” of their produce to the public. A customer purchases a share and receives a box of fresh, seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season. Not only is Kate contributing to the sustainability of local businesses but she is also ensuring that guests at Gosling Pond enjoy wonderfully delicious meals made with only the freshest, safest produce available in the area.
