Kate is a supporter of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in which local farmers can sell “shares” of their produce to the public. A customer purchases a share and receives a box of fresh, seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season. Not only is Kate contributing to the sustainability of local businesses but she is also ensuring that guests at Gosling Pond enjoy wonderfully delicious meals made with only the freshest, safest produce available in the area. Being highly in tune with what her guests want and expect when they visit the Catskills and stay at Gosling Pond, Kate understands that she needs a powerful system that will not only allow her to reach as many potential guests as possible but will also deliver the true story of her property–one of exceptional quality food and comfortable lodging in a serene setting.
