Featured Client – Inn at Saratoga in Saratoga, California
I have had the pleasure of working very closely with the wonderful staff at The Inn at Saratoga in Saratoga, California, particularly the General Manager, Jack. The city of Saratoga is located in the Bay Area, an area known for an extensive list of attractions, surrounded by ocean, mountains and booming technology.
Since The Inn at Saratoga has gone live with their buuteeq Digital Marketing System – a website, mobile website and Facebook application – the inn has been a popular name around the buuteeq office.
As with all buuteeq customers, Jack and the other staff members at The Inn at Saratoga are able to track their Google Analytics. Important statistics such as bounce rate, time spent on site and the number of visits through search engines are all readily available to The Inn at Saratoga.

The Inn at Saratoga has been a wonderful success story. Looking at the inn’s Google Analytics, their bounce rate is significantly lower than the industry standard of 50% and the average time on site continues to impress us. Jack has expressed to us that the analytics are not lying – they are seeing a noticeable increase in conversions. They had a better January 2012 than January 2011 and we are thrilled to see what the rest of the year will bring for them!
Since going live in January, Jack and the inn’s staff continue to be excited with their digital marketing system, which in turn excites us and inspires us to work with customers to facilitate even more success stories this year and in years to come!
