I had the pleasure of working with Catherine and Richard at the Jenner Inn as their concierge in activating their buuteeq digital marketing system. The Jenner Inn is located along the famous and scenic California Pacific Coast Highway 1.

I worked closely with Catherine on pushing their system live and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the property and all the great activities there were in the area. As a slight inconvenience of having an inn on such a scenic stretch of road, the internet connection was not always stable but Catherine and Richard were able to work through it and put up a beautiful website, mobile website, and Facebook application.

The Jenner Inn has been live for now for a couple weeks but took many months of production to get there. The owner Richard, and the general manager Catherine wanted to make sure they were able to display the property in all it’s glory but eventually they realized the great benefits that would come from activating their system sooner than later. Since their launch date, Catherine said that they have experienced a noticeable increase in direct calls to the inn. Besides the increase in business, Catherine is very pleased with how easy the buuteeq BackOffice has been to learn. After the initial learning curve, she has become a great power user of the system and has even taught other colleagues at the inn on how to use the BackOffice. She is gaining confidence with every session all while having fun.
