For today’s featured client blog post, I wanted to showcase a client that took upon themselves to build out their digital marketing system on their own. Susan Atwood at the Wilson Lake Inn and Suites is a great example of a client that took the buuteeq Backoffice by the horns and never looked back.

There are many great benefits to the buuteeq BackOffice and digital marketing system, but the greatest trait is that it is very much a Do-it-Yourself system. When Susan first came onto the system, she taught herself how to use the different modules in the BackOffice using the video tutorials. Through those tutorials, she was able to build out an informative rooms page, easily display various photo albums, and give her guests the opportunity to explore the area through an extensive locations page…just to name a few things. Susan, without having a one on one tutorial, was able to build out all aspects of her system, but of course calling in to learn various tips and tricks not necessarily explained in the video tutorials.
Once Susan mastered the different modules in the BackOffice to fully build out the different web pages of her website, mobile site, and Facebook application, she then decided to master the buuteeq Booking Engine. Susan was able to enter in all the appropriate rates and seasons which produced a beautifully branded booking engine experience for her guests.
Susan was able to take control over her digital destiny through the buuteeq BackOffice in order to best display her property to her guests. The Wilson Lake Inn is a great example of the potential that each property owner has when learning and using the buuteeq BackOffice…It’s all in your hands!
