Our Marketing and Settings modules give you precise control over all of your hotel marketing needs, allowing you to create and manage your hotel's perfect online presence.
Our hotel front desk software includes pricing control and the Front Desk module, which allows you to manage the day-to-day activities of your hotel. From Pricing, you can set and update your inventory rates, including your rack rates, best available rates and qualifying rates. You can create seasons in order to have segmented rates based on the calendar, and you can manage the rates for your promotions, packages and add-ons.
From the Inventory page you can see how much of your inventory is booked, what is open and what rooms are promised to OTAs or other channels. You can manually open and close rooms and over-book or under-book to your heart's desire. The reservations page gives you detailed information about each reservation as it comes in. You can browse through previous reservations, search and organize them by a number of parameters and process credit card information.
The customers page gives you everything you need to know about your customers, including when they are arriving, whether their reservation is open or closed (paid for), and how many times they have visited in the past. You can even insert their social profile information so you can keep in contact with guests after they leave.
